Privacy Policy

Ozuk is operated by NEWTECH SOLUTIONS SRL LLC, Asaka str 1-1, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, which is responsible for the personal data described here. This policy covers the Ozuk app, the Ozuk ring, Ozuk Pro and this website.

Ozuk is a wellness product, not a medical device. Nothing it shows is intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease, or to replace advice from a healthcare professional.

Your account. Email address, phone number, a hashed password, first and last name, date of birth, gender, height and weight. Height and weight are used to calculate calories and strain. A profile photo, if you add one.

Measurements from the ring. Heart rate, heart rate variability, blood oxygen, skin temperature, steps, calories, exercise minutes, sleep, and workouts you record. Each reading is stored with the time it was taken, your timezone offset, and the ring that produced it.

Scores we calculate. Your daily readiness, sleep, strain and stress scores, derived from those measurements.

Your ring. Identifiers for the ring paired to your account.

Diagnostics. Crash reports, and usage events such as which screens you open. Usage events are linked to your account identifier.

What never leaves your phone. Cycle and period logs, including symptoms, are stored only on your device. They are never sent to us, never included in anything you share with a professional, and they are gone when you delete them or remove the app.

We use your information to:

• calculate your scores and show your history;
• pair your ring and keep it in sync;
• create and protect your account, and send one-time codes by SMS or email;
• send the notifications you turn on, such as the morning readiness reminder;
• fix crashes and understand which parts of the app are used, so we can make it more reliable.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use health data for advertising, and we do not share it with data brokers.

Service providers. We use Railway for hosting and databases, Resend to send email, Eskiz to deliver SMS codes, S3-compatible object storage for profile photos, and Google Firebase for crash reporting and analytics. Each receives only what its job requires: Eskiz receives your phone number, Resend your email address. Our servers are located in [HOSTING REGION].

Professionals you choose. You can give a coach or specialist access to your data through Ozuk Pro. You choose how much they see, from a summary report to full access, and the grant lasts 90 days unless you renew it. You can end it at any time, and we keep a record of when your data was viewed.

Applications you authorise. You can connect third-party applications, including AI assistants, which then read your data on your behalf until you withdraw that access.

Nothing else. We share your data in no other circumstance, except where the law requires it.

Delete your account. From your profile in the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your account, your ring, every measurement, every score, your sessions and your photo are erased. Nothing is kept and there is no recovery. You confirm with your password.

Delete your health data only. You can clear your stored measurements and keep your account.

See and correct your details. Your profile is editable in the app.

Withdraw access. Access you granted to a professional or to a connected application can be ended at any time.

Permissions. Bluetooth is required to reach the ring; without it the app has nothing to show. The camera and photo library are used only if you set a profile picture. Notifications are optional. All of them can be changed in your phone settings.

How long we keep things. Measurements and scores are kept until you delete them or delete your account. Records of professional access are removed on a fixed schedule. Cycle logs on your phone are kept for two years.
